Invoices and receipts appear after PayGlocal checkout completes and the hub records an entitlement. Until then, Free-plan usage is metered without a card on file.

To upgrade Builder or Scale, open Subscriptions and choose a paid plan. You will be redirected to the payment flow when checkout is enabled.
